My name is Martin. I am a service user. I have been married for 31 years and she's still the most important person in my life.

Interests

I am a director in the Three Towns Healthy Living Company in Saltcoats. I am a member of the board of Ayr Action for Mental health. I've been on varoius advisory groups with the health board.

I wanted to know more about mental health issues resources.

Find out more about mental health problems, I am a carer for my Husband.

I attend Ailsa ITU - sewing and knitting class and I'm a helper in Recreational therapy. I'm involved in out patient therapy.

Interests

My interests include watching telly, listening to music and doing crosswords.

I have been married for 28 years to my wife Jean and I have a beautiful smart daughter of 25 who is a teacher.

Interests

My passion in life has been my Trout / Salmon and sea fishing and sports generally ( apart from football).

I believe passionately that users of mental health services should have a strong and loud voice and more involvement in their care and journey through the services.
